1. How much are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat rate of 6.50 euros for delivery within Austria.
For deliveries within Germany, a flat rate of 12.90 euros is charged.
For international deliveries from 6.90 euros.
 The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again at checkout.
Free shipping in Austria for orders over 100 euros.
Free shipping in Germany for orders over 150 euros.
Free shipping to other EU countries for orders over 175 euros.

 3. How long does it take to deliver the order?

We ship your ordered products within 1–4 business days of receiving your order. You will normally receive your goods within 2–5 business days. In exceptional cases, receiving the goods outside of Austria may take a few days longer.

4. How long does it take to deliver an order from our Together We Are Strong - Collection & Heartfelt Person - Collection?

Austria: We ship your ordered products within 1–7 business days after receiving your order. You will normally receive your order within 2–14 business days.

EU countries & International: We ship your ordered products within 1–7 business days of receiving your order. You will normally receive your order within 2–14 business days.

In isolated cases, delivery may take a little longer.

Please note: The processing time to prepare the order for shipping is not included in the delivery time.

The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you again at checkout.

5. Information

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional charges may apply that are not covered by us and are your responsibility. These include, but are not limited to, bank fees for international payments (e.g., transfer or exchange rate fees) as well as import duties or taxes such as customs duties. 6. Information on returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items to us within 14 days.

Returns are only possible if the item is unused and in perfect condition, and the return form is included. Dirty or damaged items cannot be refunded.
