Right Of Withdrawal
1. Important information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
2. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), but excluding return shipping costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned package. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that have been individually manufactured and clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs cannot be revoked. Goods that have already been opened cannot be revoked or refunded either.

3. Return process
If you would like to return your order or part of it, please note the following instructions:
3.1. Print the return slip
You can find the return slip here. Please fill it out and enclose it with your return so we can easily identify it.
3.2. Packaging and condition of the goods
Please ensure that the items are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport. It's best to use the original packaging and materials provided. Returns can only be refunded if the items are unused and in their original condition. Damaged or used items cannot be returned.
3.3. Franking and return
Please ensure that your return shipment is adequately stamped. If a package arrives with insufficient postage or postage, the shipping provider's fee of €20-30 will be deducted from the refund, depending on the shipping provider.
We also recommend shipping with insurance. This allows you to track your return and is protected in case of loss by the shipping company.

Once we receive your return, we'll process it promptly. This typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days using the payment method you used for the purchase.
4. Further information
For returns without a completed return form, returns outside the specified period or returns without an express cancellation within the statutory cancellation period, a processing fee of 20 euros will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund.
We can only accept returns of unused items in perfect condition. Dirty or damaged items cannot be refunded! Items must be in their original condition, including all tags and hygiene seals, and must not show any signs of wear such as deodorant or makeup stains, perfume residue, or pet hair.
After successfully inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used.
5. Returns due to undeliverability
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an address error or is not picked up from the branch or packing station in time and is therefore returned to us, we offer two options:
1. A new shipment in the amount of the actual shipping costs according to the order.
2. Cancellation of the order, in which case a return and processing fee of 20 euros will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Important information about print-on-demand products:

Every item in these collections that you order from us is printed by hand for you ("print-on-demand"). Therefore, there are certain reasons why the right of withdrawal is not valid.
The following reasons are excluded from revocation:
