1. How much are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat rate of €6.50 for deliveries within Austria.

For deliveries in Germany, we charge a flat rate of €12.90.

For international deliveries, shipping costs start at €6.90.

The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again at checkout.

Free shipping in Austria for purchases over €100.

Free shipping in Germany for purchases over €150.

Free shipping to other EU countries for purchases over €175.

3. How long does delivery of my order take?

We ship your ordered products within 1–4 business days after receiving your order. You will normally receive your goods within 2–5 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery outside Austria may take a few days longer.

4. How long does delivery of an order from our Gemeinsam Sind Wir STARK (Together We Are STRONG) collection & Herzensmensch collection?

Austria: We ship your ordered products within 1–7 business days after receiving your order. You will normally receive your goods within 2–14 business days.

EU countries & International: We ship your ordered products within 1–7 business days after receiving your order. You will normally receive your goods within 2–14 business days.

In isolated cases, delivery may take a little longer.

Please note: The processing time required to prepare the order for shipping is not included in the delivery time.

The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you again at checkout.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees may apply, which are not covered by us and must be borne by you. These include, among other things, bank fees for international payments (e.g., transfer or exchange rate fees) as well as import duties or taxes such as customs duties. 6. Information on returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items to us within 14 days.

Returns are only possible if the goods are unused and in perfect condition and the return form is included. Dirty or damaged items cannot be refunded.
